Karlstad has 75000 inhabitants and are situated where the river Klarälven run out into the lake Vänern. The river starts up in Norway about 500 km up north and Vänern is one of the biggest lakes in Europe. From the north to the south the distance is about 150 km. Because of all the water you find a lot of places to swim and fish, as a matter of fact a lot of English people come here every year to fish. The river is 80 meters from the house and we have a little lake to swim in 800 meters away. The house is close to the centre of Karlstad 1.5 km but the area is very quit and nice and in the garden at the backyard you will be very private. About the house there it's an ordinary house with bubbeljet, sauna and open fire. You will find all the space you need and all kind of facilities. If you travel just some km north of Karlstad you will find big forest and beautiful nature scenarios and plenty of possibilities to enjoy outdoor-life. Our town is situated in between Stockholm and Oslo with very good connection.
