A cozy beach cottage located in the small town of Bethany Beach one and a half miles from the ocean. The master bedroom and bath with walk in closet are located on the first floor. The two guest rooms upstairs each have two twin beds, a sink and walk in closets with a bathroom in between. The living room has a gas fireplace with TV. The dining room seats six and the adjoining sunroom seats four for dining. The family room has a pull out queen sofa bed, three recliners and TV. Outside the deck has an umbrella table with chairs for dining, recliners and a double covered swing. Also there is an enclosed bathhouse for showering. The house is very light and breezy. The town is bustling in the summer months but the rest of the year it is very peaceful and serene. We're willing to swap to most any destination.
